Order Status & Changes to Order
We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
Once your order is placed, you will receive your order summary and confirmation number, as well as an email confirmation that includes your order number and order total.
To check your order status, please contact us, and we will reply within 24 hours. Make sure to include your order number.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with original tags and packaging. Include a copy of the order form with the item(s) you are returning.
We recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping method. Please remember we will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Please mail your return to the address listed above.
Non-Returnable Items include all sale items, Gift Cards, Custom/Special Orders, Barber products and bicycles.

When your return is received and inspected, we will credit the same credit card account used to make the original purchase. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
Shipping Policy & Rates
All orders are processed and shipped from our store in Rogers, AR.
Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Orders are shipped via USPS, or UPS. Please refer to the shipping calculator when checking out for the delivery S/H Fee.
Accuracy of Shipping Address entry
Please check your shipping address, payment methods, and merchandise selections carefully. Stay True is not liable for incorrect addresses or mistakes entered in shipping details. We cannot replace merchandise that is shipped to an incorrect address if the address you provided is no longer valid.
Lost or Stolen Package
Stay True cannot accept responsibility for packages that show as delivered through tracking but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is 9.5% and will be charged on all items shipped.
